These terms apply to your use of tryrootsy.com and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We currently deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Products

Rootsy Root Cover Powder is a cosmetic product. It temporarily covers the look of grey roots and thinning areas. It does not dye, treat or regrow hair, and it is not a medicine.

We try to show shades as accurately as possible. Colours can look different on different screens, so the shade you receive may vary slightly from the images on the site.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The charge will appear on your card or bank statement as "ROOTSY" or "SP ROOTSY".

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and contract

After you order, we send an email confirming that we received it. The contract between you and us is formed when we send the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund any payment in full.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 8 to 16 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, and you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. The conditions, exclusions and steps are set out in our Return and refund policy.

Using the product safely

For external use on hair and scalp only. Read the ingredient list and instructions on the packaging before use. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Use of this site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for giving us accurate order, delivery and contact details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Rootsy name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to BRN Brands LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays, strikes, severe weather or carrier disruption. If such an event substantially delays your order, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
