Shipping policy

We deliver to the United Kingdom only, and delivery is free on every order.

Delivery times

Order processing (from order to dispatch)	1 to 3 business days
Delivery (from dispatch to your door)	8 to 16 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods or because of carrier or customs delays.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free. Prices include any applicable VAT, and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before you order. If you need to correct it, email support@tryrootsy.com as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the order is dispatched.

Late or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email support@tryrootsy.com with your order number. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, as you prefer.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Return and refund policy for the steps.
